Another great product to consider is http://www.projectinsight.net which can help you with your scheduling, team resource allocation/conflicts and it combines your time and billing with your projects so you don't have to have two different systems to manage your schedules and your client billings!

I just came across Atlantic Global
who offer powerful enterprise timesheet and expense management software for contractor management and resource tracking. They also provide project management software for business information tracking and risk management but I have no idea if it's any good. Check it out!

Hi Anna,

I would like to suggest Fanurio http://www.fanuriotimetracking.com which does both time tracking and invoicing (I’m one of the people involved in this project).

Fanurio is a desktop application designed to help freelancers manage their work and be paid for it. It can do basic project management, time tracking and invoicing in order to have all the functionality in one place.

Cheers,
Cosmina

As part of my web searches for one integrative tool, I encountered a new company called Orcanos (http://www.orcanos.com), a small startup that provides QPack - an integrative tool for the development lifecycle.
This tool seems to have all modules from market requirements to product requirements, tasks management, test plan and execution, defect tracking, version managment...
Viewing an online demo of QPack it was very impressive, and I recommend you to check it out

TrackerSuite.Net integrates with leading platforms, including Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes, leveraging them for automated mailing of status reports, approvals for project documents, purchase requests, timesheets and expense reports, late timesheet reminders and more.

If you'd like to get your hands dirty with it, there's a "Demo On Demand" available, just register on the site for immediate access to a TrackerSuite.Net evaluation site.

Automation Centre also offers a similar, collaborative project management solution for Lotus Notes, Tracker Suite ( http://www.TrackerSuite.com ). A free demo CD is available.

(Disclaimer: I work for @task)

@task's latest version contains a capacity planner, allowing project managers to assess ahead of time, which projects to take on, and which ones to pass up. It allows for document, time, and budget management. In a recent top 10 review (http://project-management-software-review.toptenreviews.com/) it beat out MS Project and eproject. Check out a free demo at http://www.attask.com

Does anyone know if any of these sites offer the capability to create page schematics for designers that would display links, content and other page information requested by the client? I would love to find a solution that would help our project managers let us designers know exactly what is on each page within a proposed site!
